Yadda ake yin salad da gasashen eggplant a Turkiyya

Ko shakka babu daga cikin kundin kayan lambu da aka fi amfani dashi a girke-girke a kasar Turkiyya shi ne gauta wato “eggplant”. Duk da kasancewar gauta ainihinsa kayan lambun Indiya ne da ya zama daya daga cikin manyan kayan abincin Turkiyya; bai kasance a walan keluwa ba. A dalilin hakan ne ake sarrafa gauta ta hanyoyi daban-daban a kasar Turkiyya. Gauta dai babban kayan abincin kasar Turkiyya ne da ake yin abinci iri daban-daban da shi da nama ko ba nama a cikin tukunya, tanda da tire.

 

A cikin wanan shirin namu mai taken “Abincin Turkiyya” a yau zamu bayyana muku daya daga cikin yadda ake sarrafa gauta a Turkiyya. Sunan abincinmu na yau dai shi ne salad da gasashen eggplant wato “patlıcan karnıyarık” a Turkanci.  Wannan nau’in abincin da zamu bayyana muku yadda ake sarrafawa akan yi shi ne ta hanyar raba gautan biyu da kuma kankare shi. Domin gudanar da wannan abincin ana bukatar wadannan kayayyakin:

Sai kuma yadda za’a sarrafa wannan abincin;

 

-Da farko dai za’a tsattsaga gautan sai a sanya shi a cikin ruwan gishiri na minti 30 domin karda man dake jikinsa ya fita. Bayan haka sai a soya a cikin mai bayan an wanke ya kuma bushe. Sai a yayyanka albasa da tafarnuwa kanana-kanana a soya cikin tukunya tare da gautan. Sai a zuba dakeken naman a ci gaba da soyawa har sai launin naman ya yi duhu. Bayan haka sai a zuba tumatir da aka yayyanke, gishiri da kuma kayan yaji. Za’a ci gaba da dafawa har tsawon minti goma bayan an kara ruwa a cikin tumatir din.

-Daga nan kuma sai a sanya gautan a cikin tire, sai a tsaga gautan gida biyu tamkar kwale-kwale, sai a sanya naman a cikin gautan. A cikin ko wane rabin gautan za’a sanya tumatir da barkonon da aka dafa.

- A cikin wani gurin sai a sanya cokalin tumatir daya a cikin ruwan zafi kofi daya da rabi a narke daga bisani kuma a zuba cikin gautan.

-Sai a sanya tiren gautan a cikin tanda da zafinsa yakai daraja 170 a dafa har na tsawon minti 20-25.
